2DoItem:
A 2DoItem consists of the following parameters:
- Title
Just a desciption what to do. This description is displayed as title in all list views (Due, Scheduled, Priority, Status, Tags). - Note
Just a more detailed text field about the 2do item. This text is not displayed in the list views (Due, Scheduled, Priority, Status, Tags). - DueDate
until when has this item to be closed. Example: You have to provide a proposal to a customer and the customer expects this proposal not later than 5/5/2010, Then this will be your duedate. - Scheduled Date
when are you scheduling this item to do? Example: The due date of the above mentioned proposal is 5/5/10. This means, the proposal has to be received by your customer at the 5/5/10, so you have to do this item several days before, haven’t you? - Status
select between the following status: scheduled, in progress, waiting, closed - Priority
select between low, medium, high - Category
assign one category to this item. - several Tags
assign several tags to this item.
Filter
You can filter specific settings, so that these items are not being displayed.
List Views
You can watch the following list views:
- due dates – view
There are always the next 14 days displayed. Today is always the top date. Drag the item to another date (Press reorder symbol and move the item to another date) will change the due date value. - scheduled dates – view
There are always the next 14 days displayed. Today is always the top date. Drag the item to another date (Press reorder symbol and move the item to another date) will change the scheduled date value. - priority – view
- status – view
- tags – view
